The ARIA Awards may not be aired on free to air television this year, after Channel Ten declined an offer to broadcast the struggling Australian music event.
Last year's telecast was infamously embarrassing - presenters had no idea what was going on, award winners couldn't tell where to pick up their prize and Jessica Mauboy pronounced the word "debut" as "de-butt".
We all know who to blame for the ARIA's demise. Two simple words: MADISON AVENUE. Their 2000 performance is still a laughing stock on the internet. All because the singer brought out a glass of water mid-performance because she was thirsty:
